Before forming this consultancy, Bruce Butler was Market Development Manager for DAT Services during its explosive growth in the 1990s.  Prior to that, for 15 years, he led successful product development and marketing initiatives at Congressional Information Service, Lexis-Nexis, and Standard & Poor's.
